A man grounded in his faith, purpose-driven work, a visionary with a profound passion for helping people bring their dreams and visions to life! During these interesting times in the world, he strives to find simple, strategic, and profound ways to help people go from where they are to where they dream to be. Growing up in grade school with a “learning deficiency” label, served Javan as an early opportunity to rise above people’s imposed limitations on him. With support from his dear mother and others, he learned to discipline his distractions and still graduate successfully with an admirable GPA and embrace the next phase of his life. Out of high school, he joined the Navy in 2001 around our unforgettable 9/11 events. Through his service, he learned many life-long skills, and disciplines and was exposed to business classes through his marketing degree which inspired his entrepreneurial journey thereafter.

As his career in the military neared its end, he invested in his first business, as a franchise shoe cleaning company owner. Thereafter, all of his weekends became dedicated to working at the kiosks in malls selling shoe cleaners. With his success in this franchise, he expanded to another location. From that point, he caught the entrepreneurial bug and never wanted to go back to linear income anymore, rather he would commit most of his efforts to creating more passive income. Additionally, as a leader in his community, Javan was a youth leader at his church for over 9 years with middle and high school kids. He’s been a part of his church near 30 years in San Marcos, CA.

This was quite a mutually valuable experience that helped the kids navigate through many of their challenges and allowed Javan to learn and grow from the kid's experiences as well. As COO of Meraki Allure, he’s been an instrumental inspiration and driver behind this sustainable luxury brand for men and women. As a long-time friend and business partner to Mo Cisse, they have transpired through many challenges and expansions that continue to inspire their clients’ lives across the U.S. With his natural eye for details and marketing, Javan has done an exceptional job helping MERAKI ALLURE build its online presence and fine-tune its timeless branding to connect more with its ideal clientele.

Soon thereafter, he joined the cause and visions of ADC Realty and Investment Group Inc. & African Dream Big Corporation. In helping with growth and visions of the brand, he helped with marketing, branding and have helped elevate the image. After so many life altering experiences, growth from childhood traumas, amazing opportunities, and finding mentors, Javan has fully embraced the motto that Life is always happening for us not to us because we are who we are today because of what we’ve been through.
